We'd like to give a big Loader "Attaboy!" to longtime Getloaded member Ed Banning, founder of Trinity Logistics.
Earlier this month at the National Convention Antique Truck Show, Ed received a Golden Achievement award from the American Truck Historical Society for more than 50 years of service in the freight trucking industry.
Many miles ago at the early age of 14, Ed began this lifelong trucking career at his father’s trucking company, Service Trucking, in Federalsburg, Md. When Service Trucking closed its doors, he continued his career with Tri-State Trucking, also in Federalsburg, until he co-founded Trinity Transport, Inc. with his wife, Deana, in Cambridge, Md. in 1979.
Using his religious beliefs as his guide to business, Ed outlined Trinity's philosophy, which is still the foundation of the freight forwarding organization today. Now called Trinity Logistics, the company is headquartered in Seaford, DE.
So from all of us at Getloaded, congratulations Ed! You done good!
