With Getloaded E-Mail Alerts, you can now save a load search and we'll alert you via e-mail whenever a load is posted that matches your search that day.

 

Best of all, it's a FREE feature that's part of every Trucker Plus, Trucker Elite, Combo, Combo Plus, and Combo Elite membership.

 

How do E-Mail Alerts work?

 

You can set up E-Mail Alerts on the Load Search Results page. The link to create an E-Mail Alert will also appear on the Load Search Criteria page if no loads are found.

 

1. Create Alert

To create an alert, click the Create Email Alert button near the top of the Load Search Results.

2. Name and Activate Alert

Enter a name for your alert in the box provided and click save. Once saved, the E-Mail Alert is active and you will start receiving matching loads as they are posted.

 

3. Manage Alerts

You can enable, disable, and delete E-Mail Alerts on the My E-Mail Alerts page. Click Manage, then My E-Mail Alerts to see the manage page. You can also disable the alert by simply replying to the e-mail you receive. Otherwise, all E-Mail Alerts will become disabled at 9 p.m. on the day they are created.

 

4. Change E-Mail Address

You can change the e-mail address that we send your alerts to on the Settings and Preferences page. Click the button at the top of the page that displays your user name. Then select Settings and Preferences and click the Profile tab. The E-Mail Alerts e-mail address is at the bottom of this page. Enter your preferred e-mail address and click Save.

How often are E-Mail Alerts sent?
Every 5 minutes, if there are new matches fitting your search criteria.

 

How many E-Mail Alerts will I receive?
That's a tough one to estimate, but it depends on the parameters of your search criteria. However, if you leave your search criteria pretty broad, you'll receive a lot. Also, each E-Mail Alert may contain multiple loads.

 

When will my E-Mail Alerts end?
Every day at 9 p.m. ET., unless you cancel your alert before then.

 

What kind of cell phones will this work with?
Any kind of phone that lets you receive e-mail. It also works on tablets with mobile service.

 

Are broker notes being sent too?
Yes, they are in the Extra Info row.

 

Will the e-mails include updated info on cancelled loads?
No. Sorry about that.

 

What e-mail address will my E-Mail Alerts be sent to?
The default e-mail address is the one Getloaded has on file for your account. However, you may enter a custom e-mail address in the Profile tab under Settings and Preferences.

 

Is there a limit to the number of E-Mail Alerts a member can set up each day?
Yes, you can only set up ten E-Mail Alerts a day.

 

Can I receive my alerts as text messages instead?
Not yet. Just e-mail at this time.

 

How much does it cost to use E-Mail Alerts?
Nothing. Nada. Zilch. E-Mail Alerts is a feature included in our Trucker Plus, Trucker Elite, Combo, Combo Plus, and Combo Elite packages. However, if you can receive e-mail on your mobile phone, please check with your cellular provider first. E-mails may count as data, which may count towards your cellular plan's monthly data limit.

 

Will loads in E-Mail Alerts say if they are FreightCheck approved or not?
Yes.
