Hiring Process

The future success of Getloaded greatly depends on our ability to succeed in matching a potential applicant’s knowledge, skill set and past experiences with available openings in our company. Every applicant is thoroughly screened as part of our hiring process.

The process begins when candidates submit resumes for an open position.  A staffing representative then matches resumes to current openings and contacts qualified applicants to conduct brief telephone interviews. The phone interviews are designed to learn about a candidate’s skill set and past experiences.

Qualified candidates are then invited to our office for a personal interview. Interviews are conducted by one or more Getloaded team members. The personal interview provides us an opportunity to learn more about the candidate and for the candidate to learn more about Getloaded. The questions will vary, as will their complexity, based on the position.

Once interviews have been completed, a decision will be made.  Candidates who interviewed in person for an open position will be notified of our decision.
