Getloaded.com is seeking an Account Manager to create and maintain ongoing business relationships with Getloaded members. A strong internal drive and a proven record of generating sales and relationship building are needed. You must have a high energy level and take personal responsibility for your work. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining and selling to small business owners and c level executives in the transportation industry. Successful candidates should have 1 to 3 years experience in B2B sales and be comfortable selling products over the telephone. This position requires an individual who is a highly motivated, self-starter, and has the ability to be productive without continual supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Exceed monthly retention quota for individual and team
• Make outbound retention calls daily.
• Maintain a high save ratio
• Field incoming billing and cancellation calls
• Meet minimum call, productivity, and quality measurements
Qualifications:
• Must be able to develop relationships over the phone
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency including the use of Microsoft Office Software and the internet.
• High degree of initiative and ability to be persistent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to handle rejection
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• College preferred
• Fluency in Spanish or French a plus
