Sales Representative

  The key responsibility of a Sales Representative is to sell Getloaded products and services. This position is responsible for the continued growth and profitability of Getloaded.com through sales and providing excellent customer service to all current and potential customers by following company guidelines and projecting a professional company image through phone interaction.  

  • Answers incoming phone calls by the third ring using a headset to gather information and respond to current and potential member/customer requests.  Abide by Getloaded’s customer service policies and standards on all calls.  Properly transfer calls to the appropriate person when necessary.
  • Promotes and sells Getloaded.com related products and services.  Influences current and potential customers to buy or retain products and services.
  • Complete outgoing calls to follow up on leads received via voicemail, abandoned call lists, information inquiries generated from the website or other forms of communication. 
  • Provide current and potential customers with product information and assists customers with questions regarding any Getloaded.com process.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries a minimum of four times over the course of a one month period to complete sales process.
  • Enters information on the appropriate tracker and/or in the designated CRM.
  • Tracks monthly sales totals to ensure sales goals will be reached. Informs department manager of any discrepancies.
  • Checks abandoned call reports hourly and returns phone calls within 1 hour.
  • Checks voicemails periodically throughout the day and returns phone calls within 1 hour.
  • Ensures all accounts contain accurate and current information through proper account maintenance, documentation and notation including recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken.
  • Meet individual and group call center, customer service and quality metrics.
  • Research billing issues and misapplied payments.  Report findings to department manager.
  • Recognize, document and alert the manager of trends in customer calls.
  • Complete RT tickets to assist members, report problems or offer suggestions.
  • Provide quality service and maintain efficient operations by following all company policies, procedures, processes and standards.  Provide suggestions and recommendations for improvements and/or changes.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of all Getloaded products, services and features.  Increase knowledge through research and attending workshops and training sessions.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Ensure work is completed accurately the first time and seek additional training if needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, verbal communication skills, basic computer skills and an enthusiastic service-oriented attitude. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task. Knowledge of the transportation industry a plus. Bilingual candidates speaking fluent Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.
