The Account Manager is responsible for assuring customer development and retention by establishing and maintaining favorable relationships with representatives from assigned accounts, researching and resolving customer problems, recommending modifications to products and service lines, and ensuring the overall quality of the customerís experience with Getloaded.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Within assigned account base, promotes retention of customer base by proactive calls and win back activities such calls and emails.

Maintains quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations.

Meets or exceeds individual and team retention expectations and goals.

Provides consultative sales approach to place the correct Getloaded product with the customer to assure retention and revenue goals are met.

Increases product knowledge within the market by displaying or demonstrating product features and benefits, using frequent phone, fax and mail contacts with members within assigned account base.

Services account base by contacting them, via phone or email, when bill date is approaching or has passed.

Analyze account base to identify potential losses and proactively work accounts to maintain retention.

Refer up sell opportunities to Sales Reps when opportunities for up sell are uncovered.

Accurately maintains records by updating CRM system.

Provides product information by answering questions from customers via phone or e-mail.

Attends trade shows as requested.

Other duties may be assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:
-
Business or Logistics Degree or appropriate business (sales) experience.

Must be exceptionally organized and detail oriented and have strong knowledge of the product.

Requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must have intermediate skills in MS Office.
Other Requirements:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
